It's looking like a summer tee. I am ready to wear it too.
I've been pulling out the summer tops lately. It started with sweaters that needed repair, one of which was my Green Elton sweater (a Joji Locatelli design). I pulled it out for repair and then all of a sudden I am reaching for it every day. And I haven't even repaired it yet. It is my perfect spring garment. Light but warm. I wear it over my summer knits and it just works. It's getting to repair today.
I repaired my Lusk sweater yesterday.
One sleeve was bound off too tightly and I could not push the sleeve up to get it out of the way while I did house stuff.
I love the way these sleeves gather at the wrist. I wasn't sure I would but I do. As long as I could get them pushed up to my elbows for work. It wasn't quick work like I thought it would be. I had trouble finding a needle that would make the cuff do what I needed. It is possible that I had fewer stitches on that sleeve. Not sure really. I did get it sorted out though and both sleeves now push up to my elbows.
So, on to knitting. On to repairs. On to socks, maybe. But knitting. Insert a big smiley face here. Always knitting. It carries me.
