Something different.

I did my knitting yesterday and then, when my hands were done for the day, I decided to pull out something very different to do.  

I have not made little squares for a long time.  

These really are a lot of fun.  It isn't difficult and each square takes little time to do, maybe half an hour.  At my speed that is.  It is such a tidy craft and one day, I hope to make a blanket with them.  Since all the little squares are made with leftover sock yarn, it is going to be a wonderfully easy care blanket.  

I have no idea what today might bring, but it is bright and very very cold.  Coffee and tea are the order of the day.  So are cozy sweaters and knitting and in my world that is enough.
